Problem

Plastic sleeving coating the conductors give rise to health and safety issues due to the risk of electrostatic shock. Static charges are stored in the conductors, producing rapid discharges of high voltage energy when handled by operators.

Solution

Neutralising the coated wire during rewinding controls the charge build up, The use of the Meech 929IPS will provide the necessary control.
