Container – sonic weld sealing

PROBLEM

Static charges generated on containers and seals during the sonic welding process results in operator/personnel shocks from sealing material when handling the sealed containers. 

SOLUTION

Neutralising the container prior after sealing removes the static charges preventing static shocks. The use of a high-powered high-speed Hyperion bar mounted over the conveyor and containers will work on high speeds.
