To continue to grow and be successful as a company, it’s important that we know where we are going and what we stand for, in order to meet the challenges we face. With this in mind, we have produced ‘Our Roadmap for Growth’. This roadmap defines our objectives, how we will achieve them and what success will look like. Our ‘roadmap for growth’ covers our 5 strategic aims:

To achieve this, we are investing in our team by providing development opportunities, including supporting further education and training, to learn and nurture skills and ultimately, careers.
At Meech, our culture is important to us. Being innovative, collaborative and reliable are part of the Meech DNA. We want to ensure we are giving our culture the respect and time it deserves, making sure it is at the heart of everything we do. We support this through our volunteer ‘Culture Champions’, who promote and encourage the company values and behaviours by celebrating our team who do too.
We know that communication is key to any great company. That is why we are working hard to make our communication as effective as it can be to ensure that everyone is able to perform their roles to the best of their ability.
Sustained company growth
Like any company, we want to make sure we are performing well and growing year-on-year. We know that to do this, we need to be the best for our customers. For this reason, we are focusing on our customer industries and markets to make sure we are offering what is needed, so that we can deliver excellent customer service and experience.
As a global company, making sure we are working in unison is important. We work to combine the knowledge and resources of our 7 worldwide office, including our R&D and manufacturing facilities, making all of our employees a part of something much bigger.
Improvement and development is the name of the game. For this reason, we will always strive to ask ourselves the hard questions and be honest with the answers. From there, we can adapt and change our approach in order to be the best we can be for our customers.
Innovate, design & make the best products
Innovation is in our blood and is actually one of our company values. That is why we are always striving to develop ideas that provide effective solutions to our customers needs. In order to do this, we are expanding our engineering department. This gives us greater opportunity to work on special development projects, both for large scale production and also for bespoke customer requests.
We want to make sure we can keep up with our engineers . We aim to review the IT systems used within Meech in order to improve the automation of processes and procedures that benefit both our employees and customers.
We will invest in the best machinery and facilities to allow our team to do their jobs more efficiently to create the best products we can for our customers.
Develop a recognisable & trusted global brand
We know that we can do great things, but we need to spread the word with others too. That’s why we aim to define the Meech brand more clearly, demonstrating what sets us apart from the competition. To do this, we will make our messaging clearer. We will demonstrate the effectiveness of our products and the culture and values that drive our team.
As a global company, communication is not only important externally, but also within our company, between our 7 worldwide offices. We will strive to deliver clear and frequent communications so that all of our staff are constantly kept in the loop and up to date.
Great news deserves to be shared. That is why we are committed to working with our teams around the world to share our success stories, both internally and externally, and show the world the great work we do and service we offer.
Support the local community & drive a challenging corporate social responsibility policy
At Meech, we are committed to supporting both our team and the community. In order to do this, we team up with local events and organisations that support our beliefs and our shared values. This includes continuing our Meech Centenary Trust donations. Working with the Oxfordshire Community Foundation to support local charities in Oxfordshire with their valuable work.
We hope to nurture the next generation, by opening their eyes to the career paths and opportunities available after education. In order to do this, we support work experience placements as well as working in partnership with the West Oxfordshire Business Partnership, with other local companies, to foster a relationship between education and business.
We like to celebrate the success of businesses within our community. To do this, we will get involved with local awards, such as the West Oxfordshire business Awards, sponsoring relevant awards to give back and share the success of our fellow businesses.
