2 sided film pinning to aluminum sheet

PROBLEM

Applying a protective film to both sides of metal or glass during processing needs a bonding agent to hold the film in position both sides of the sheet.

SOLUTION

As the sheet is conveyed after cutting on the roller bed, a protective film can be statically pinned to both sides of the sheet using a 993R generator bars. The use of both positive and negative charges work to hold all surfaces together without the risk of marking or cleaning after film removal.

Note: Non-coated paper used as a separator must have a surface resistance of >1010 for the static bond to last
