Camera inspection lens cleaning

PROBLEM

Processing some materials will produce statically charged dust. This dust can cover the lens of an inspection camera, requiring frequent stoppages in the production process to allow access to clean the lens. 

SOLUTION

Using Meech 261 nozzle fitted with a plastic air fitting on the exit allows a short length of flexible pipe to be fitted and ionised air to be blown across the camera lens, ensuring it is kept clear of contamination
