Fibre optic rewind

PROBLEM

Static charges generated on the fibre optic filament will prevent the precision layering of the fibre required for unwinding. If the layers overlap incorrectly, the risk of breakage or damage becomes higher. 

SOLUTION

Installing Meech Hyperion bars at the rewind station removes the static charges on the fibres wound on the reel and as it is positioned precisely during the rewinding process.
