PROBLEM

Cleaning of bottles and cans prior to filling has been done with water rinsing and drying systems or compressed air ionising systems. These methods of cleaning are expensive to run and maintain. 

SOLUTION

A Meech IonRinse system uses fan driven ionised ai to rinse and remove contamination from the inverted container, without leaving water residue or the need for drying. 

Ionised air is blown into the container as it travels the length of the manifold neutralising static charges and dislodging contamination. Vacuum extracts the contamination and captures it in the fan driven air handling unit requiring no compressed air within the cleaning process.
