PROBLEM

Screen printed tea shirt transfers use powdered adhesive applied to the wet ink. Static charges generated on the material will hold the powder to the sheet preventing the vacuum from removing it. This is then cured in the dryer. 

When the transfer is used, the unwanted adhesive will separate from the transfer film and stick spoiling the tea shirt. 

SOLUTION

Neutralising the adhesive powder and transfer film, allowing the vacuum to remove all unwanted adhesive powder.
