Static Control on Stretch Hood Palletiser Preventing Misfeeding 

PROBLEM 

The blocking in the material caused during the production of the lay-flat tube & static charges generating during unwinding, can cause too much resistance when opening the tube, pulling the tube off the fingers. 

SOLUTION

Mounting Hyperion 924IPS bars after the nip rollers removes the charges from the stretch film overcoming the static blocking preventing the film from pulling off the fingers, which stops the packing process.
