Textile coating

PROBLEM

• Coating textiles suffers with dust and fibres contaminating the coating layer.  

• After coating when using products such as silicone, static charges generated during the coating process will cause silicone fly contamination the machine and inspection camera.  

SOLUTION

The Use of a Meech VacClean system will clean the weave allowing better penetration of the coating between the fibres. 

Neutralising the static charges after coating prevents static charges from creating coating fly, reducing machine down-time for maintenance.
