Textile rewinder station

PROBLEM

Textiles are rewound on to mobile rewinding trollies. The carriage is moved to suit the rewind location. The following problems can arise:  

  • Contamination of product due to dust attraction  
  • Operator shocks when moving the trollies. 

SOLUTION

Mounting a long-range Hyperion bar on the carriage provides control of static charges for the rewinding roll on all positions required  

The bar ensures the product is contaminant-free and the risk of shocks to the operators is removed.
