Vibrating bowl feeder

PROBLEM

Static charges generated by the vibrations and friction between plastics components, will cause the component to stick to the bowl preventing the automated feeding. 

Controlling the static charges are key to keeping the operation efficient. 

SOLUTION

Neutralising the products as they move prevents them from sticking allowing the components to enter the production process.
