The unbeatable JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System delivers a product/surface drying and cooling solution across a diverse range of industries.

The blower produces a high volume of air which exits the air knife through a preset slot in the manifold and targets the surface with precision and minimal air turbulence. At this point, the high-pressure air effectively dries and cools the surface or product.

We developed the JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System for industries such as Food/Beverage, Metal, Packaging and Automotive, particularly for applications where static neutralisation is not necessary. We engineer the system using hard anodised aluminium and stainless steel, making it suitable for use in most environments.

Additionally, the JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System has several benefits over other air blow system styles. Particularly, it reduces running costs by typically 70-90% compared to compressed air alternatives and delivers a more balanced, consistent performance.

Optional Control System

Three different types of control systems available. No control, simple control or PLC. The simple control is supplied with on/off/E-stop buttons to control the unit manually. PLC can be integrated with the line to control the blower, ionisation and profiling.

Optional Filtration

Inlet or inline filtration options, as standard rated to 5 micron.
