Silo Bag Filling

Transfer of plastic components or granules to silo bag.

PROBLEM

During the transfer of plastic components or granules to a silo bag, static charges will be generated. This can create problems with operator shocks when handling the bag, and dust attraction to the bag, risking cross contamination when being emptied.

SOLUTION

Controlling the static charges as the product enters the bag, controls the risks of operator shocks and ESA electrostatic attraction.

Introducing ionised air into the product flow using 261 nozzles, will neutralise the product and fill the bag with ionised air ensuring everything remains neutral.
