Bench top electronics

PROBLEM

ESD damage to electrically sensitive components by operators handling components is a major risk in the electronics industry.

Failure to protect components from ESD discharges will result in catastrophic or latent failures.

Latent defects are expensive to service, incurring, product replacement, engineering time, customer service time and corporate reputation.

SOLUTION

Controlling static charge in the work area, controls the build up of static charges on the operator, tools and components. In addition, neutralising the work are reduces the environmental impact of air borne contamination impacting on the final product.

The Meech QAC ionising system offers performance ionisation and control levels to less the >±35V. TICC function, improves the time required to reduce higher charges to safe levels.
