Installation inline – VacClean pre ATEX

PROBLEM

In line processes increase the risk of contamination, this can have detrimental effects on product quality. Materials such as textiles or paper can suffer with deep bedded fibres which are difficult to remove with non-contact cleaning. 

SOLUTION

A Meech double sided VacClean web cleaner can be installed to remove deep bedded fibres from the material. Including path rollers allows the web path to be diverted and control of the web tension during the cleaning process.  

Web Cleaning systems must be outside of an ATEX zone.
