PROBLEM

Controlling web tension on a non-contact web cleaning system is key to providing high quality. To include web cleaning on an existing process may require altering the web path.  

SOLUTION

The Meech CyClean system provides high speed operation for double sided cleaning. Path roller brackets attached to the CyClean allows for the inclusion of path rollers on the infeed, exit or both allowing the web to be controlled to prevent contact during the cleaning process. 

Static control on the infeed and exit ensure optimum cleaning and prevention of recontamination due to electrostatic attraction.
