CyClean™ Web Cleaning System
Product Code: ACC-XXXX-XXXX-01
The CyClean™ Non-Contact Web Cleaning System comprises a double-sided web cleaning head, integrated static control equipment and an Air Handling Unit (AHU) to clean both sides of a web simultaneously.
Firstly, CyClean neutralises static and breaks the boundary layer of air that holds contamination to the surface of the web. It achieves this by using high-frequency micro-movements and turbulent airflow to loosen contaminants. Subsequently, the system then extracts the debris from the cleaning head into the Air Handling Unit where the air is cleaned and recirculated, resulting in contamination removal to below 1 micron.
The versatile design of the CyClean™ Non-Contact Web Cleaning System supports a wide range of variations for different applications. Options include a Narrow Web CyClean (200-699mm) which offers either a manual opening with a unique fixed‑port design or a pneumatic opening in either end‑feed or top‑feed configurations. Additionally, a Mid Web CyClean (700-1299mm) with pneumatic opening and top and bottom (TAB) duct connections. Finally, a Wide Web CyClean (1300mm and above) with an optional end‑feed carapace configuration.
