Bottle labelling & collation

PROBLEM

  • Static charges generated by adhesive separation from silicone release liner cause label creasing or misalignment on the container.
  • Static charges generated during bottle transfer can result on bottle repelling from each other and falling over

SOLUTION

Controlling the static charges during label separation allows the label to align with the bottle preventing labelling issues. The use of ionised air blown across the label at the point of separation allows charges to be neutralised.

Controlling the static charges on the bottles is key to stopping bottles falling over.  The use of a medium range high powered Meech Hyperion bar over the in feeding bottles is key to preventing line stoppages.
