We work hard to ensure everyone at Meech is supported, valued and appreciated for the hard work they put in. Every colleague is unique, so they have unique needs, which is why we do everything we can to foster an inclusive workplace to support every colleague where they need it.
· MENTAL HEALTH ·
In 2023, a group of Meech staff joined forces and completed their ‘Mental Health First Aider’ training, so that they can be a point of contact for an employee who is experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.
The HR department were the one’s who got that ball rolling at Meech.
They share why it’s so important to prioritise mental health in the workplace:

Access to qualified counsellors and GP’s 24/7, burnout prevention support, life events counselling support, finance and legal advice, stop smoking/getting fit support, dental care and nutrition advice.

At Meech we believe strong relationships and a sense of community makes our workplace a better place for everyone. Our Social Club brings colleagues together outside of work to connect across departments, relax and have fun.
Whether it’s a summer BBQ, Christmas party or casual get together, the Social Club makes sure there’s always something for everyone to get involved in. It’s more than just social events, it’s about creating a culture where everyone feels included and valued.
