PROBLEM

To maintain print quality and protect against contamination of the print plate. The tubes or containers will need to be cleaned. Static charges will attract contamination to the container and transfer the contamination to the print plate   

SOLUTION

Static charges will need to be removed to allow the container to be cleaned. The use of a Hyperion ionising air knife provides the neutralising performance and a compressed air flow of air to clean and neutralise the container prior to flame treatment and printing.
