PROBLEM

Static charges generated during the conveying of bottles and vials will attract powders to the neck preventing sealing. Powders which are suspended in the air withing the container will result in mis-weights.  

Controlling the static charges is the key to overcoming packing issues. 

SOLUTION

Using a ionising nozzle to neutralise static charges on the container prior to filling, prevents the attraction of product to the neck and reduces the risk of mis-weights.
