Egg date-coding

PROBLEM

  • During the processing of eggs, static charges can build up on the eggshell causing print quality issues when date / batch coding. This will be seen as undefined unreadable print. 

SOLUTION

  • Controlling the static charges on the eggshell prior to printing allows for higher quality print, reduced print head contamination and reduced line stoppages for print head cleaning. 
  • A high-powered short-range Hyperion bar is ideal for the high-speed processing requirement needed in egg processing.
