Pile turner

PROBLEM

Pile Turners are used to separate sheets of material on a pallet to ensure they feed individually into the production process. 

Static charges on the sheets will prevent the air from the pile turner from separating the sheets, which will then multi-feed, stopping the production. 

SOLUTION
Introducing ionised air into the airflow used to separate the sheets, neutralises the static charges allowing the sheets to be prepared ready for the production run.
