Automated aggregate bag filling 

PROBLEM 

Bags are picked off a stack by vacuum cups, placed on a second set of vacuum cups to open the bag neck, allowing the bag to be opened and transferred to the filling station. 

Static charges will cause multiple pickups. This can result in the failure to open the bag and the aggregate to be dumped on the floor. 

SOLUTION

Using Meech 261 nozzles ionised air is blown across the stack, breaking the static bond as the top bag is lifted of the stack.
