APPLICATION/PROBLEM: 

The unique way in which Air Amplifiers work makes them perfect for product drying or water blow off. Air Amplifiers produce a column of air, The 360° air flow means you can pass objects passed through the middle of the Air Amplifier.

 

EXAMPLE/SOLUTION:

A company producing plastic extrusion needs to clean the plastic after production. The pipe is passed through a water bath and then packed. The company were having problems with wet extrusion being packed and not drying. The company installed a Meech Air Amplifier, passing the wet extrusion through the air amplifier immediately after the water bath completely dried the pipe and meant it could be then packed.
