Recycling waste trim

PROBLEM

Edge trim conveyed to a central processing plant will suffer from static charges causing it to stick inside ducting or on the cyclone walls. This will stop production while the blockage is cleared.

SOLUTION

Installing an ionising flow tube in the ducting prior to a location where ducting regularly blocks, or prior to the entry to the CyClone removes static charges preventing process downtime.

Note: Blockages in dusting will usually be after bends in the ducting.

Clumps of waste material dripping into the granulator will stop the motor causing it to trip out.
