Screen Printing Feeder – Preventing Multiple Sheet Feeds

Problem

Multiple sheets being fed into press, this is causing press stopages.

Solution

Installation of Meech 261 flexi nozzles will blow ionised air in between the top sheets to neutralise electrostatic charges.
