Screen Printing Press – Preventing Static Issues With The Delivery Stack

Problem

Sheets not collating on the delivery stack, caused by electrostatic charges repelling the top sheet causing it to float off the stack.

Solution

Mounting a 929IPS bar at the end of the conveyer to neutralise the electrostatic charges on the sheets as they leave the conveyer and before they arrive on the stack.
