There is no simple answer as this varies from web to web. Essentially, the more contamination that is present on the web surface, the sooner you will need to change the filter bag. It would be normal to replace the filter bag every 6 – 12 months of operation.
The AHU will trigger an alarm when the filet bag is 75% full, and when has reached maximum capacity.
The 1 pump AHU will require 110V./240V single phase power connection, this could be a normal household UK plug socket.
The 2, 3, and 6 Pump AHU will require a 200/440V 3 Phase with neutral.
For installations where a neutral connection is not available, a delta star transformer can be used to provide the neutral connection.

In general ducting of 40mm diameter should be of length no greater than 2 meters otherwise loses become too great. And overall distance of ducting should be no more than 5m away from AHU to manifold.

Yes, with the addition of Meech2PLC expansion box the Meech AHU can be remotely controlled by a PLC. The Meech2PLC comes with a range of communication protocols including:

- Profinet

Each AHU has been designed for regular use without the need for any personal protective equipment (PPE).
The maximum bend radius should be no greater than the diameter of the ducting in use, with a maximum bend radius no greater than 90°.
