Keeping industrial cabinets cool in rising temperatures

Temperature gauge reading at 37 degrees

Meech’s cabinet coolers operate in counties across the world such as India where external temperatures routinely rise above 35 degrees. Now in the UK and Europe, extreme heat is becoming normal.

For manufacturers concerned about managing temperatures of critical components, we recommend installing a Meech industrial cabinet cooler. Cabinets typically contain power distribution equipment, control systems and automation devices, all of which need to be protected from overheating to prevent component failure and costly downtime.

Meech’s cabinet coolers use compressed air to provide a cold air source that stops industrial cabinets, panels or enclosures from overheating. Our cabinet coolers have been subjected to temperatures of 90°C, in three climatic pre-conditioning tests before achieving an IP66 rating to prove they are dust and watertight.  Manufacturers concerned about temperatures of 40°C and above can be confident their Meech cabinet cooler can cope!

A new video highlighting the role of our cabinet coolers in protecting manufacturing assets has recently been published on LinkedIn.
