Here at Meech, we are very aware of the impact of manufacturing on the environment and through our planet commitments, are committed to making a positive difference – both in the environment and our communities – by working with our suppliers and making changes to our operations.
Our main focus is working towards achieving ISO-14001 certification. However, this takes time, so we will not be able to achieve this ambition overnight – but we are working hard on it!
RESPONSIBLE, SUSTAINABLE & ETHICAL SOURCING OF MATERIALS
As a manufacturer, we recognise the impact of our material sourcing. We strive to use materials that are responsibly, ethically and sustainably sourced wherever possible. We collaborate with suppliers to make ongoing, sustainable changes to our products and supply chain, ensuring long-term value whilst staying ethical and responsible.
OUR SOLAR POWER
We are proud to share that as part of our mission to reduce our carbon footprint, we have invested in solar panel systems at our operations facility. These allow us to generate renewable energy on-site, reducing our reliance on non-renewable sources and supporting a greener energy.
From installation of our panels on 31st May 2024 to 17th October 2025, our solar panels have generated enough clean energy to achieve the environmental equivalent of:

WHAT WE ARE DOING:
Whilst our main commitment is focusing on achieving ISO-14001, we have still identified other areas where we can make and reduce our impact on the planet as a whole. We are committed to finding ways to reduce our carbon footprint by changing the way we do business – from switching to more eco-friendly lighting to fitting solar panels.

Our mission is to design and manufacture innovative solutions that optimise our customers’ productivity. By keeping production lines running efficiently, we help limit waste, reduce energy consumption and promote more conscious, sustainable production.

Air Efficiency Range
Engineered to significantly reduce the volume of compressed air consumption in industrial applications. These products optimise compressed air use to deliver high-performance drying & cleaning whilst using less energy consumption than traditional methods. This helps lower expensive operational costs & reduce carbon footprint.
IonRinse™
Replaces water based systems with ionised air rinsing to clean surfaces, reducing water consumption & environmental impact.
SmartControl Touch™
Allows for adjustment of settings on our bars. This ensures our products are running at optimal performance and reduces waste.

This is just the beginning of our journey, we are proud of what we have achieved so far but we understand there is always more we can be doing to be a more sustainable, responsible, environmentally aware business.
We are working hard to introduce new, ambitious changes to improve the impact of our business but in the meantime, we will continue to set more goals in order to make a positive difference in a range of areas. We are committed to learning and improving and recognise that sustainability is not a box-ticking exercise, it’s an ongoing journey which takes time.
