The unbeatable EX JetStream™ Ionising Air Knife System removes contamination and eliminates static from a diverse range of applications in hazardous areas.

The blower produces a high volume of air which exits the air knife through a preset slot in the manifold and targets the surface with precision and minimal air turbulence. At this point, powerful ionisation neutralises the static charge that holds the dust in place, allowing the ionised air to effectively dislodge and remove the contamination.

The EX JetStream™ Ionising Air Knife System features 914EX Short-Range Ionising Bars and requires a 904-905 Power Unit. Our 914EX bar is an outstanding static eliminator with ATEX certification, intended for use in hazardous areas. We developed this system for industries such as Food/Beverage, Plastics, Glass, Metal, Packaging & Automotive and engineer it using hard anodised aluminium and stainless steel, making it suitable for use in most environments.

Additionally, the EX JetStream™ Ionising Air Knife System has several benefits over other air blow system styles. Particularly, it reduces running costs by typically 70-90% compared to compressed air alternatives and delivers a more balanced, consistent performance.

Evidently, the EX JetStream™ Ionising Air Knife System provides a better performing, energy efficient and low maintenance solution, leading to higher profitability and more manageable production yields. Notably, it is suitable for use in hazardous zones however, regardless of the application, users must position the blower and the power unit outside of the hazardous area.
