945IPS Mid-Range Ionising Bar

The new 945IPS Ionising Bar not only introduces new technology, but also retains all the key features and benefits of our Hyperion range. In particular, it maintains powerful 15kV output, ion current monitoring (ICM) technology and fault/cleaning alarms. Additionally, it integrates with our BarMaster and SmartControl Touch for adjustability and remote monitoring.

As a result of our continuous improvement program, the 945IPS Ionising Bar includes several enhancements that further improve its performance. For example, using pure Titanium emitter pins with a new rounded pin shape, specifically to deliver the highest level of performance and resist corrosion. Additionally, using a raised bar profile height optimises the ionisation performance of the powerful 15kV output. Furthermore, we have improved mounting of the bar, using a wide T-slot and a new design T-slide to enhance mounting reliability.

We have carefully engineered these features into the 945IPS Ionising Bar and as a result, created a market leading performance ionising bar. The 945IPS, therefore, can be used across many industries and applications.

LED indication of operational status of bar, fault/needs cleaning or standby.

Low Voltage Wiring

Requires a 24V DC Power Supply, removing the need for high voltage wiring to the ionising bar.

Dual Alarm Lines

Dual alarm lines to tell PLCs, buzzers and remote lamps whether the ionising equipment needs routine maintenance or if there is a more serious system failure.

Adjustable Output

Default setting +/-12.5kV, can be adjusted which can be adjusted using the Hyperion BarMaster programmer or SmartControl allowing the bar to operate at greater distances (up to 600mm).
