Drying shrink sleeved containers after steam tunnel 

PROBLEM 

Shrink sleeved containers exiting a steam tunnel are covered with moisture. Prior to packing the containers need to be dried to prevent the risk of product damage during storage. 

SOLUTION

Using Meech Air curtains angled prevents the airflow from stopping the passage of product passing on the conveyor, while wiping the container surface down to capture the water in a drip tray below the conveyer.
