Components Sticking To Vibrating Bowl Feeder

Problem

Small charged components that have the same polarity charge will repel each other and be forced out of the feeder bowl.

Solution

Where small charged components stick to the sides of the bowl and therefore are unable to feed, air is not required and it is recommended that a Model 971 Pulsed DC Bar be positioned above the feeder bowl.
