Static Issues During Tampo And Pad Printing

Problem

Typical static-related problems are ink spidering or webbing. The cause can be due to static charges in the pad or in the product, or the charge generated when the pad presses against the product.

Solution

The solution depends on the specific design of the machine. If the charge is in the pad it can be neutralised with a 915 Bar positioned as below. Alternate positions may also be used.
