The VacClean™ Web Cleaning System combines the power of static control and vacuum technology to remove contamination from webs. As a result, VacClean improves overall product quality, reduces product rejects, increases productivity and minimises maintenance and downtime for cleaning.
VacClean consists of an enhanced contact cleaning manifold with highly polished stainless steel faceplates, brushes and either an Air Handling Unit (AHU) or vacuum fan unit depending on the installation environment and web width. It’s compact design optimises space and allows installation in areas with restricted room. In addition, highly polished stainless steel faceplates create turbulence to break the boundary layer of air, thereby ensuring excellent contamination removal. Finally, with a range of web widths available, the VacClean Contact Web Cleaning System suits a wide variety of applications.
