The 971 Pulsed DC bar delivers powerful, long range ionisation to control static electricity on a wide range of printing, converting and process machinery.
Using reliable Pulsed DC technology, the 971 delivers industry leading ionisation performance. Its great long range ability makes it ideal for use on applications such as rewinds and collection bins. In most installations, complete static control can be achieved without the need for air assistance. For more demanding applications, the integrated air-boost can be used to increase its capability at distance. Meech’s ever reliable titanium emitter system gives extra-long service life. Resistive coupling makes the bar shockless to touch and safe for operators to handle. The design has been optimised to reduce the effects of contamination and to allow easy maintenance.

PulseDrive Lite PDC Controller

The Hyperion PulseDrive Lite is an OEM-friendly controller with local status indication and a single pair of positive and negative HV outputs.
A single ioniser can be connected directly, or multiple ionisers connected using Meech HV splitters.
Also, being a Hyperion product, there is the ability to adjust output parameters via the use of a BarMaster or SmartControl Touch. SmartControl Touch compatibility also provides enhanced, integrated monitoring and control.
PulseDrive Plus PDC Controller

The Hyperion™ PulseDrive Plus is a static elimination controller that uses advanced pulsed DC technology to control Meech ionisers.
Firstly, a front-panel keypad provides local adjustment of parameters, allowing performance optimisation for output voltage up to 15kV, frequency for range, and balance for speed and accuracy. With adaptable parameters, PulseDrive ensures that any Meech DC ioniser can be setup and optimised to suit any requirement.
In addition, the PulseDrive Plus has many key features including LEDs to indicate operation status and ion current monitoring technology for greater control of the ionisation performance.
Furthermore, PulseDrive is compatible with our remote programmers, Hyperion™ BarMaster and Hyperion™ SmartControl Touch, enabling smarter and more effective static management.
Two pairs of HV outputs allow two ionisers to be connected, however with Meech HV Splitters, multiple ionisers can be connected.
Finally, the PulseDrive Plus is also available in two other versions for use in hazardous locations, PulseDrive Plus HL 5.5kV and PulseDrive Plus HL 9.0kV. These are ideal for use with our 924EX and 976EX Static Eliminator bars.
