The 973IPS Long-Range Ionising Bar delivers powerful long-range static elimination, combining proven Hyperion™ technology with our most powerful ionisation performance yet. Developed to provide effective static control across a wide range of applications, it helps manufacturers improve process reliability, product quality and operational efficiency.
Furthermore, the 973IPS features pulsed DC technology, a 35 kV output, ion current monitoring (ICM), fault/cleaning alarms and SmartControl™ Touch compatibility. Building on our continuous improvement programme, it also increases ionisation output and introduces practical installation upgrades. For example, shockless, resistively coupled titanium emitter pins with a rounded profile maximise performance and corrosion resistance. Additionally, a raised bar profile, wider T-slot and redesigned T-slide optimise ionisation and installation security. Full-length ionisation coverage ensures effective ionisation across the entire bar length.
In addition to it’s new technology, the 973IPS retains the key features of our Hyperion range. For example, integration with SmartControl™ Touch or the BarMaster Programmer enables performance adjustment and remote monitoring. Additionally, LED’s indicate normal status, standby mode and cleaning requirements, meanwhile dual alarm outputs support easy integration with PLCs, buzzers and remote lamps.
The 973IPS Long-Range Ionising Bar is ideal for applications such as slitter rewinders, transit bag machines and turret rewinders. It builds on the success of the 971IPS-30 Pulsed DC Ionising Bar and as a result, delivers the most powerful long-range static elimination available today.
