The Hyperion™ PulseDrive Plus HL is a 9.0kV static elimination controller that specifically controls up to two Meech 976EX Static Eliminators using advanced pulsed DC technology. The 976EX operates in hazardous locations and is ATEX certified.
Firstly, the PulseDrive Plus 9.0kV delivers many key features including a front-panel keypad that allows operators to locally adjust the 976EX parameters to optimise the performance of the output voltage (up to 9.0kV), frequency for range and balance for speed and accuracy. As a result, these adaptable parameters enable users to configure the 976EX to meet any requirement.
In addition, this 9.0kV static elimination controller features LEDs that display operation status and incorporates ion current monitoring technology, giving greater control over ionisation performance.
To further enhance connectivity and control, users can operate the PulseDrive Plus 9.0kV remotely via an external switch or volt-free contacts.
Two pairs of HV outputs allows users to connect two ionisers directly. However, Meech HV Splitters provide the flexibility to connect multiple ionisers.
Furthermore, users can integrate the PulseDrive Plus 9.0kV with our remote programmers Hyperion™ BarMaster or Hyperion™ SmartControl Touch, enabling smarter and more effective static management.
Regardless of the application, users must position the PulseDrive Plus 9.0kV outside of the hazardous area.
Finally, we also offer the PulseDrive Plus in a 5.5kV version, specifically designed for use with our 924EX Static Eliminator bar.
