VacClean™ Web Cleaning system combines powerful ionisation, an enhanced contact cleaning manifold and vacuum technology to efficiently remove contamination from webs. In order to achieve this, VacClean consists of two ionising bars, highly polished steel faceplates and brushes. The ionising bars neutralise static on the web, whilst the brushes and faceplates simultaneously create turbulence and dislodge particles. As a result, the system removes contamination quickly and effectively.
Depending on the installation environment and web width, VacClean operates with either an Air Handling Unit (AHU) or a vacuum fan unit to extract and collect debris. Additionally, the system supports both single and double sided web cleaning to suit different process requirements.
Furthermore, VacClean™ Web Cleaning System features a compact web contact point for installation in restricted space. With multiple web widths available, it suits a variety of applications, making VacClean the ultimate solution for removal of high levels of unbonded, dry contamination.

AHUv3 Standard – 3 Pump or 6 Pump

The AHUv3 provides the positive pressure and vacuum pressure airflows and houses the system filters. There are 2 models available, a 3 pump unit and a 6 pump unit. For applications where a higher volume capacity is required the 6 pump unit can be used.

The AHUv3 Mini – 1 Pump provides the positive pressure and vacuum pressure airflows and houses the system filters.
AHUv3 Compact – 2 Pump

The AHUv3 Compact provides the positive pressure and vacuum pressure airflows and houses the system filters. The AHUv3 Compact is a 2 pump unit designed predominantly for narrow web applications of up to 600mm.
