PROBLEM

Static charges on printed sheets delivered to the stack will cause static problems. 

Issues may include 

  • Uneven delivery stack 
  • Disruption of further finishing processes down the line 

SOLUTION

The use of a powerful Hyperion ioniser is critical in this area. Mounted between the gripper chains the sheet passes through the ionising field, allowing the sheets to stack uniformly.  

Balancing the ± ionising field, the IPS bar is ideally suited where metallised stock is being printed.
