Hyperion 906HL 7kV Power Unit

The Hyperion 906 Power Unit is the latest addition to Meech’s Hyperion range (superseding the 904/905), which provide the voltage required to produce ionisation for our range of AC static eliminator bars.
The 906HL 7kV Power Unit has an fixed output voltage 7kVAC to power up to four bars simultaneously, making it suitable on a wide range of industrial processes and static eliminator applications.
For fast and easy connectivity, the 906 range requires a 24VDC input from either a 48W switch mode or 4 pin M8 power cable (if powering directly from 24V feed).
The 906 also offers several key features detailed in the features section below. These include a unique design to allow automated manufacture for increased reliability and extended product life. To ensure a high level of operator safety, the 906 features a short circuit current of <5mA.
We also offer the 906HL in a 5kV version, specifically designed for use with our 914EX static eliminator bars.
Traditionally, power units have an AC supply which can be susceptible to voltage fluctuations, sags, and surges. Utilising a 24VDC supply is a significant step forward in this respect, offering improved stability, reliability, and compatibility with modern control systems
