261v2 Flexi Nozzle

The Meech Model 261v2 Flexi Nozzle is a small, lightweight ioniser with a 6mm push-fit inlet and an outlet extended by flexible knuckle trunking.

The 261v2 Flexi Nozzle is designed for use with Meech Pulsed DC Controllers, and is suitable for installation into machinery and equipment in both industrial and electronics environments.

It is particularly suited to high speed applications such as sheet delivery systems. The addition of flexible knuckle trunking enables the system to deliver ionised air with accuracy into “difficult to reach” places, where conventional systems would be ineffective or impossible to install.

It is powered by a Meech Model 233v3, 977CM or 977v3 Pulsed DC Controller.

The Hyperion PulseDrive Lite is an OEM-friendly controller with local status indication and a single pair of positive and negative HV outputs.

A single ioniser can be connected directly, or multiple ionisers connected using Meech HV splitters.

Static Eliminator Controller PulseDrive Plus PDC Controller

The Hyperion™ PulseDrive Plus is a static elimination controller that uses advanced pulsed DC technology to control Meech ionisers.

Firstly, a front-panel keypad provides local adjustment of parameters, allowing performance optimisation for output voltage up to 15kV, frequency for range, and balance for speed and accuracy. With adaptable parameters, PulseDrive ensures that any Meech DC ioniser can be setup and optimised to suit any requirement.

In addition, the PulseDrive Plus has many key features including LEDs to indicate operation status and ion current monitoring technology for greater control of the ionisation performance.

Furthermore, PulseDrive is compatible with our remote programmers, Hyperion™ BarMaster and Hyperion™ SmartControl Touch, enabling smarter and more effective static management.

Two pairs of HV outputs allow two ionisers to be connected, however with Meech HV Splitters, multiple ionisers can be connected.

Finally, the PulseDrive Plus is also available in two other versions for use in hazardous locations, PulseDrive Plus HL 5.5kV and PulseDrive Plus HL 9.0kV. These are ideal for use with our 924EX and 976EX Static Eliminator bars.
