Web Cleaning and Surface Cleaning Solutions

Meech is a pioneer of 3D Component Cleaning manufacturer with a comprehensive range of four systems. Each system is based on a different cleaning principle, this uniquely allows us to provide our customers with a system best suited for their application. All Meech systems incorporate the latest shockless DC static control bars as standard which is crucial for comprehensive contamination removal. 

Meech CyClean™ has been tremendously successful in hundreds of web cleaning applications. It is an extremely versatile product and can also be used to clean shallow complex shapes such as in industries like food and pharmaceuticals where cross-contamination is a serious concern. 

 Meech offers a bespoke compact, proven solution. Meech CyClean™-R cleaning manifold with central positive air slot and two vacuum air slots delivers consistent, reliable and high standard cleaning in fast-paced production environments, such as bottle caps and lids for all beverages and pharmaceutical products.

IonRinse

Meech offers a high‑performance, dry rinsing solution.
Meech IonRinse™ uses fan‑driven ionised airflow to deliver consistent, reliable and water‑free cleaning in fast‑paced production environments. By neutralising static and removing loose contamination without moisture, IonRinse™ ensures high‑standard container and can cleaning for industries such as food, beverage and pharmaceuticals.

The Meech offers a revolutionary nozzle cleaning system, designed to remove dry un-bonded contamination from industrial to clean roon zones.Developed specifically with three-dimensional ionisation in mind, the IonWash is the latest innovation in large product and component contamination removal.

The Model 261v2 Ion Nozzle is a small, robust ionising nozzle and provides an ionised airflow for cleaning and neutralising static charges. It is powered by a Meech Model 233v4 and is suitable for industrial, electronic and cleanroom environments and is quick to install and easy to use.

Air Technology Solutions

The Meech Air Efficiency range has been developed to reduce energy costs by effectively reducing air consumption. This is done by entraining ambient air into the compressed air flow, which then minimises the need for compressed air. Ultimately this increases efficiency and cut costs, in some cases by over 70%. The Air Efficiency range is used in many applications typically to convey, dry or clean parts and can also reduce noise levels.

Energy Saving Safety Nozzles from Meech can save up to 70% of compressed air demand whilst dramatically reducing noise levels.

The innovative nozzle design forces compressed air through an adjustable circular slot and then directs it at high velocity over the outside of the nozzle cone.

The design amplifies the output airflow by entraining the ambient air at a 25:1 ratio.

Meech Air Curtains provide an efficient laminar sheet of compressed air for wide area blow-off and air drying applications.

The Air Curtain releases a small volume of compressed air through a 0.002″ (.0508mm) slot along its entire length. The ‘sheet’ of compressed air travels down the face of the Air Curtain creating an area of low pressure behind it that entrains ambient air at a ratio of up to 25:1 delivering a massive airflow to the target.

When used to replace drilled or slotted lengths of pipe, which consume vast volumes of compressed air, the Air Curtain offers compressed air savings of up to 70%.

Energy Saving Safety Blowguns from Meech combine an ergonomic lightweight gun handle with the Meech Air Saver Nozzle.

The innovative nozzle design forces compressed air through an adjustable circular slot and then directs it at high velocity over the outside of the nozzle cone. The design amplifies the output airflow by entraining the ambient air at a 25:1 ratio.

Meech blowguns typically save up to 70% of compressed air usage compared to conventional types of blowgun whilst dramatically reducing noise levels.

Meech Air Technology High Thrust Jets are designed to provide a high power blast of air whilst reducing compressor demand and lowering noise levels.

The High Thrust Jets use a very small amount of compressed air to generate a high power blow off force. This is achieved by forcing compressed air through an adjustable internal circular slot.

The high velocity air from the slot generates an area of low pressure at the rear of the jet that entrains ambient air at a ratio of 4:1. This maximises the high power blow off.

Meech Air Technology Energy Saving Air Amplifiers provide large airflows whilst only consuming a minimal volume of compressed air.

A tiny amount of compressed air is released through an adjustable circular slot inside the Air Amplifier creating a ‘tube’ of air. The ‘tube’ of air then travels towards the front creating areas of low pressure behind and in front that entrains ambient air at a ratio of between 4 and 25:1 depending on the size of air amplifier.

Meech Air Amplifiers are available in five sizes in aluminium (three sizes available in stainless steel) to suit a wide range of applications.
