IonRinse™

Product Code: IonRinse™

The IonRinse system combines powerful DC ionisation, a custom designed airflow distributor and high quality inline filtration to provide the ultimate in ionised air rinsing.

The high velocity ionised air exits the IonRinse head unit via the airflow distributor. The control of the airflow coupled with the neutralisation of static charges releases contamination from the container which is extracted to the inline filter unit. The blow and vacuum airflows are provided by the central blow, vacuum and filtration unit.

Cleaning performance is maximised with the container fully inverted (opening facing down) as it travels over the IonRinse head.

In the videos tab, you’ll find an application video courtesy of Traktech SLL, which demonstrates how effective IonRinse is when removing flour from a container.

JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System

The unbeatable JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System delivers a product/surface drying and cooling solution across a diverse range of industries.

The blower produces a high volume of air which exits the air knife through a preset slot in the manifold and targets the surface with precision and minimal air turbulence. At this point, the high-pressure air effectively dries and cools the surface or product.

We developed the JetStream™ Non-Ionising Air Knife System for industries such as Food/Beverage, Metal, Packaging and Automotive, particularly for applications where static neutralisation is not necessary. We engineer the system using hard anodised aluminium and stainless steel, making it suitable for use in most environments.

Cabinet Cooler

The Meech Cabinet Cooler uses compressed air to provide a cold air source that stops industrial cabinets/panels or enclosures from overheating.

This IP66 rated model is both dust and watertight. Meaning water projected in powerful jets against the enclosure, from any direction, shall have no harmful effects.

The Cabinet Cooler has no electrical/electronic components making them entirely non-electrical. The cooling is provided from a Vortex Tube located inside the cooler. The Cabinet Cooler creates both a hot and cold stream of air, the cold air is directed inside the enclosure whilst the hot air is released to the atmosphere via two holes located on the side of the Cabinet Cooler.

The device is supplied with 4 x Generators that are used to regulate both the air consumption and air temperature. The Yellow 10CFM, Red 15CFM, Blue 25CFM and Brown 35CFM Generators can be easily switched to suit different conditions or applications.

The Cooler can be mounted to the directly to the top, side or underneath of the enclosure via a 26mm diameter hole. An O-ring seal between the Cabinet Cooler and the enclosure wall maintains the integrity of the enclosure.

The Cabinet Cooler is available in both Stainless Steel grades 303 and 316L, allowing it to be used in a wide variety of applications. A Cabinet Cooler System is also available, this includes a digital thermostat and Solenoid valve and allows the cooler to automatically maintain a set temperature. This reduces compressed air and running costs.

Coldstream Air Guns from Meech Air Technology provide a cold airflow that is commonly used for spot cooling.

The Vortex Tube is at the heart of the Coldstream Gun, encased within hot and cold end silencers. Vortex Tube

Meech Stainless Steel Vortex Tubes convert compressed air into two airflows, one extremely cold and the other extremely hot.

Compressed air enters the spin chamber tangentially. This causes the column of air inside the tube to rotate at very high speed (up to 1 million rpm). The air at the outside of the column, moving very fast has a lot of energy and is hot. The air at the centre of the column, moving relatively slowly has little energy and is cold. The hot outer air is bled off at one end of the tube and the cold inner air at the other.

Vortex Tubes have no moving parts and can produce temperatures as low as 50°C below the inlet air temperature and as high as 110°C.

The attached drawing on the data sheet is for a medium vortex tube.
