925 High Temperature Bar

The Meech 925 is an AC Ionising bar, designed to eliminate static in high-temperature applications. With a maximum operating temperature of 150°C, the 925 can be mounted in areas not suitable for standard AC ionising bars. The powerful performance of this anti-static bar provides very effective neutralisation of static charges at distances up to 100mm.
The emitter pins of the 925 are directly coupled to the HT output of the Meech 906 Power Unit. The 906 has a maximum output current of 5mA; an internationally recognised safe current.

The Hyperion 994CG Compact IML Generator is the first generator to be developed as part of the Hyperion range. Developed for the In Mould Labelling (IML) market, Meech has designed the 994CG to meet the growing demand for a compact, lightweight generator to fit on the end of a robot arm.

The 994CG is the only generator to feature 4 x 25kV outlets, allowing the coupling of Meech Hydras without the need for a splitter whilst still maintaining its compact dimensions. Powered by a 22-26VDC supply it is one of the most powerful compact IML Generators available.

Requiring a 24V DC supply removes the need for high voltage wiring to the compact IML Generator. This greatly simplifies installation; avoiding the need to route high voltage cables from a remote high voltage generator.

EX Cabinet Cooler

The IP66 EX Cabinet Cooler is suitable for cooling cabinet/panels in hazardous locations.

The Meech EX Cabinet Cooler uses compressed air to provide a cold air source that stops industrial cabinets/panels or enclosures in hazardous locations from overheating. The Meech EX Cabinet Cooler is suitable for installation in category 2 (Zone 1), T4 locations, where ATEX or IECEx certification is required.

This IP66 rated model is both dust tight and protected against powerful water jets. Meaning water projected in powerful jets against the enclosure from any direction shall have no harmful effects.

Prior to the IP test the Cabinet Cooler was also subjected to three climatic pre-conditioning tests. These tests proved the integrity of the Cabinet Cooler after it had been subjected to temperatures of 90°C for a duration of 672 hours. Following this the cooler was subjected to further temperature endurance test. These tests were carried out in accordance with IEC60079-0:2017.

The Cabinet Cooler has no electrical/electronic components making them entirely non-electrical. The cooling is provided from a Vortex Tube located inside the cooler. The Cabinet Cooler creates both a hot and cold stream of air, the cold air is directed inside the enclosure whilst the hot air is released to the atmosphere via two holes located in the side of the Cabinet Cooler.

The device is supplied with 4 x Generators that are used to regulate both the air consumption and air temperature. The Yellow 10CFM, Red 15CFM, Blue 25CFM and Brown 35CFM Generators can be easily switched to suit different conditions or applications.

The Cooler can be mounted to the directly to the top, side or underneath of the enclosure via a 26mm diameter hole. An O-ring seal between the Cabinet Cooler and the enclosure wall maintains the integrity of the enclosure. This model Cabinet Cooler is IP66 rated.

The Cabinet Cooler is available in both Stainless Steel grades 303 and 316, allowing it to be used in a wide variety of applications.

The 971IPS-30 is powered by an integrated +/- 30kV 24V DC power supply, making it the most powerful ionising bar in Meech’s range.

The 971IPS-30 is suitable for ultra-long range applications from 450 to 1500mm.

Equipped with Meech’s Ion Current Monitoring (ICM) technology, bar performance is maintained with local and remote alarms indicating when the bar needs cleaning. The Meech Model 261v2 -1/4 Flexi Nozzle is a small, lightweight ioniser with a ¼”bsp inlet and an outlet extended by flexible knuckle trunking.

The 261v2 -1/4 Flexi Nozzle is designed for use with Meech Pulsed DC Controllers and is suitable for installation into machinery and equipment in both industrial and electronics environments. It is particularly suited to high speed applications such as sheet delivery systems.

The addition of flexible knuckle trunking enables the system to deliver ionised air with accuracy into “difficult to reach” places, where conventional systems would be ineffective or impossible to install.

Meech adhesive rolls are manufactured from a moisture stabilised paper base with a release coating to ensure easy unwinding. The paper is coated with an adhesive coating which is specially formulated to work effectively with TransTak elastomer rollers. Meech adhesive rollers have a high adhesive mass, the result of which is longer and more effective cleaning.

Meech adhesive rolls are a continuous roll of 22.4 metres of material with perforations in set positions along the length. The positioning of the perforations gives 70 easily removable (tear off) sections.
